For some, this becomes an intimate day for two. For others, it brings several generations of a family together. We draw upon Windsor’s people, places and living traditions to shape an experience around each party, not around a predetermined itinerary.

How The Day Unfolded
Windsor, opened through its people
Two chauffeur-driven vehicles collected the family from London and brought them to a privately arranged meeting point within the Royal estate, Windsor Great Park.
There, two traditional horse-drawn carriages had been commissioned exclusively for the family. Permissions, access and movements were coordinated in advance, allowing them to travel for more than five miles through the Estate.
Estate and horticultural experts joined the family along the way. Private hospitality pauses, wooden skittles beneath the oaks and binoculars for searching out the deer ensured that every generation could enjoy the landscape differently.
The day continued into Windsor for lunch, a hosted Castle visit and private time on the Thames before the family’s chauffeurs collected them for their onward journey.

The Best of Windsor, Created for Two
Their brief was beautifully simple: they wanted to experience the very best of Windsor.
Nicholas and Andrea were collected by private chauffeur from Rosewood London and brought into Windsor Great Park for a privately hosted garden visit. Accompanied by a specialist, they discovered not only the horticultural story of the gardens, but the generations of Royal involvement that have shaped the wider Estate.
A private hospitality setting awaited them beneath the ancient oaks beside the Long Walk. English sparkling wine and Fortnum & Mason sparkling tea were served with an Estate picnic, furnished with comfortable seating and a beautifully laid table from which they could pause and absorb the scale of the surrounding landscape.
Their day continued into Windsor, where they were introduced to a dedicated history expert for an engaging private visit to Windsor Castle before their chauffeur returned them to London.
What might otherwise have been a collection of separate appointments became one effortless and deeply personal Windsor day, expertly hosted, thoughtfully paced and created entirely around two guests.
