How An Event Can Unfold

Ninety-six guests. One carefully choreographed Windsor experience.

A visiting American family was hosting a significant celebration in the UK, with 96 guests travelling from around the world. They required more than a venue or a programme of activities: they needed a trusted local team to bring the different parts of their Windsor occasion together.

We worked closely with the event and concierge teams at the family’s five-star hotel, coordinating guest arrivals and onward movements into Windsor. The programme included afternoon tea within one of the town’s historic venues before guests were welcomed into a privately arranged experience beside Windsor Castle and the iconic Long Walk.

Four traditional carriages and eight horses formed the centrepiece of the occasion. Their movements were carefully choreographed around the wider programme, supported by our professional carriage teams, dedicated hosts, specialist guides and hospitality team.

Rather than treating the carriages, guiding and hospitality as separate activities, we brought them together as one unfolding experience. Guests encountered Windsor through its landscape, stories and living traditions, with private hospitality creating time to pause and enjoy the setting.

The result was a Windsor occasion of genuine scale that remained personal, warm and full of unexpected moments, one that guests continued talking about long after they returned to their hotel.
